Sign & Return your
contract along with your deposit as soon as possible to hold your dates. No
dates are held without a deposit. For your convenience we accept Visa,
MC, &
Discover credit card for deposits and final payment.
When it arrives, review
your Retreat Planner's Guide. Our Conference and Retreat Hosts
will call you
approximately six weeks prior to your event to discuss your event schedule, meeting room
setup, coffee service, recreational activity times and costs, and your group's meal
times. Please feel free to call us prior to your six week coordination if you have
questions or need assistance.
Finalize your plans
by calling us two weeks prior to your event with your final numbers, and to discuss any
last minute coordination/scheduling issues. Be sure you've faxed or mailed your event
schedule to a Conference and Retreat Hosts!
Arrive at Camp Berachah and
check-in at our Office for your welcome packet & to schedule a settle-up
time during your stay.
Settle-up and
complete your
Event: Meet with your Conference and Retreat
Host
during your scheduled settle-up
time, and ask them about the advantages of rebooking early for next year! Finally, don't
forget to take your evaluation home, complete it, and send it back to
us.
